If you need to reach out to customer service for a basic matter, it's addressed by standard auto reply not specific to your inquiry. Also if you cancel an order that clearly hasn't even been processed for shipping yet, they will ignore you and then send the item anyway, so be very careful.

Basic reasonable service for all customers spending their hard earned money on this site? No. Amazon literally looks for ways, to penalize those who don't have their prime" subscription.

Placing a simple order for non custom items, then having to wait a week before arrival is unacceptable.

This equals longer shipping times than most online retailers. And makes impossible the correction of errors returns & exchanges.

Wouldn't recommend, although the idea seems nice it can be quite problematic. Made a purchase and later learned one of the items was no longer available.it was cancelled, yet klarna continued to charge as though I had recieved it. Even after confirming and being told by representatives my next payment was paused, they without warning then withdrew an additional $81.75 from my debit account. Such actions can be disputed with your bank, but it doesn't matter the money is gone. There is also an "investigation" by klarna into why a total of close two hundred dollars over a period of time has been paid to klarna, yet there's no purchase aligning with the dates.

While searching goggle for floor vase, a wayfair ad popped up displaying one close to the style i was looking for. Once it came i was disappointed that the design was not part of the vase, but actually a decal sticker. And the vase itself plastic. My next experience was similar while searching for curtains in a certain look. They arrived much too short for covering an average window, and without an opening to put the rod through. Defective. (each item $40 on average)

Residence hadn't changed, yet the tracking kept saying returned to sender due to insufficient address. Did manage to be refunded after much inquiry, but at a $20 loss. It wasn't for the full amount.
