Ive placed a few orders, as with any company things get broken or lost in the mail... that is zulilys fault how? They take responsibilty however and reship if available, refund or store credit otherwise.
If you dont look at the size chart and order a medium because you "always wear a medium" and it arrives too small and then go back and look at the size chart and see that based on the fmfg information that the item wasnt going to fit, how is that zulilys fault? You didnt read. Foreign mfg and their US counterparts have very different size charts, you need to read.
Shipping times... EACH OF THOSE ITEMS clearly list the shipping time frame, how dumb is it to not read that and then be mad when it takes 22 days stoc reach you? Are you all illiterate? Do you know how to read?
This company gives free money if there is a problem with an item, sometimes they want the item back if it needs to be seen by a vendor, sometimes they dont, either way they are giving you a store credit to find something better.
Im wondering if you have ever read the policies of the site? "This item is not return eligible", what does that mean? It means no returns, "This item is return eligible (see details)" this means that it is return eligible and the see details means that there are retrictions, you better click the link to read them.
Its not rocket science.
When you place an order with zulily, they get that item from the mfg, that process takes 12-16 days, then another 2-6 business days to get to the customer... again, not rocket science. Policies are clear, but frankly 99% of the complaints here are invalid because you dont read! They have their good points and bad but if you read the policies they are spot on.

Amazon Prime? Do you know what you are getting? Do you know who you are getting it from? Can you verify the quality? Its all a crap-shoot, you do your due-diligence when buying online and checking stuff out first and you cant go wrong.
