I bought 3 movie ticket $50 bucks, realized they were for the wrong theater and I had to re-buy the 3 tickets at a different theater right away for my friend. Literally right after I realized I bought the first 3 tickets at the wrong theater I tried to return and saw the return policy. However while I understand the 2 hour policy, I had JUST purchased the tickets, and purchased it 4 minutes after the 2 hour policy. Right away I tried calling customer service and waited for over 10 min. To try reaching a customer service operator and explained my situation there was nothing she could do. So I now spent $50 on nothing, not even a credit or exchange. It's like those commercial product scams that have in hidden somewhere in the terms& agreements hoping you won't see it so they can make money off of you.
