I placed an order after seeing some lovely clothes via FaceBook. After reading the reviews I decided I would cancel my order as i was within 24 hours, and i am an Australian 16 size so no hope of Asian sizes fitting me. I went on livechat with them, and could tell the operators were trained to redirect me to other items that i did not want. Finally I asked the operator to read my request for a refund, and act on it in accordance with their policy. She has done so and cancelled my order, my refund will take 4 days through Paypal. I am happy now I will be refunded. Thank you JollyChic.
