I ordered two tablets on 26 October the money went out of the bank 28 October I have sent several emails and I keep getting told it's on its way, I received a tracking number that said not known when I go to my orders it says shipping I have had no conformation of my order other than the money going out and it's on its way message

You can use your tracking number to track on http://www.17track.net/IndexEn.html. If you cannot check the informaiton, you can contact us, we will help you to tracked the information for your your order.

Flat rate shipping will transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. Due to this very long travel time, occasionally there may be accidents or delays that affect the overall shipping time. This is outside our controland we respectfully ask our customers to be patient and understanding.
