I purchased a dress from these scam artists on 12/4/15. More than a week later the item had not been shipped. I contacted a customer service representative via the chat feature on KRMA's website and was told that the dress was on back order. There was no indication of this when I made the purchase, otherwise I would have gotten the gown from another merchant. A few days later I received an email from the KRMA staff stating that the designer was out of stock, and asking if there was another dress I was interested in. That night (12/14/15) one of their online representatives told me she will have a full refund processed to my Paypal account the following day and that it will take up to 4 business days to receive the funds. We are on the 6th business day and I have not received my money. Every time I try to chat with one of their representatives online they close the chat window. They don't answer to emails and there's no phone number listed for their company. This dress was supposed to be worn for my 30th birthday. Now I'm out of a gown and $220.
