I purchase items from this webite glambot, and spend nearly 346.74 US dollar. I order it on jan-feb, now its almost May I haven't received my item. The track also stop until transit, never delivered shipped. Some of my items, the worst, not even have history track that already 1month+. How ridiculous this company! Ive try to email them, and dm instagram, and wanted to comment however they limited their message which make me more think this company is scam. Why would they limits their comment in ig? Because no one public will read em? This is so frustating! I want my item or if you don't shipped, i want full refund! Lets be fair. I wish i can show you my photo of their track history, not even update on where my item is! So sad! Ive trust you, but this is what they gave? And so iritating how they reply "our team will guide you bla bla help you" Where is your team? I'm not even received any email from them. Not even helpful! Noted: I will update again if still not arrived
