I have used them for several years. The garbage phone they provide started to lose battery service while still under warranty. The division to replace the phone under warranty REFUSES to return calls to arrange the replacement. I must charge my phone several times/day to keep it working.I goes from 90% to 0% overnight in less than 7-8 hours. I use it very little each day. As a senior I keep it more for emergency contact and a few texts. It may not have life to make an emergency call. It won't load some programs that would benefit me, and is so loaded with their garbage that I have little memory to use anyway. Warranty requires a free replacement phone. Complaints to the FCC won't get them to honor their obligations either. They were required to respond by the FCC but silence reigns!
