Bought ipad mini cover. $#*!ty product and $#*!ty customer service. They just email and give nonsense responses and tries to avoid the complaints of their bad product that does not fit properly. Its one thing to have a faulty item, maybe one out of a bunch, which is understandable. But stick by your business practice and follow through with delivering a working product. It's never the money you loose, it's the time and trust of their customer service and frustration that they allow to happen.
