This service is a total scam. They take money out of your account every month without your consent and claim that it will be store credit... so I wonder why I have 0.00 dollars in store credit after they took money out of my account four months in a row? Also, they don't let you cancel your account without calling their customer service line. Even then, you sit for 20 minutes waiting for them to pick up and they never do. Really, really displeased with Adore Me and will never sign up for something like that again.

VIP members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month. If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com/

If you have been charged for store credit, it must be available in your account. It is possible that you are logging in using an inactive account. Please send us a private message and include the email address associated with your Adore Me account. We look forward to investigating this issue.

Moreover, customers are free to cancel their membership online at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit. Please send us an email at help@adoreme.com and we will send you the instructions on how to cancel your VIP membership.
