I ordered under the wrong address and immediately noticed. Called the restaurant first to let them know not to make the food and they were fine. Then I chat with customer service at Uber and they said I would still get charged even though I have spoken to the restaurant beforehand and it was all done immediately after noticing the error. They have lost a customer. In the past they made a huge 2 big mistake with large breakfast orders, one corporate and another family get-together. Never again.
