Placed an order 12/9. Good timing to have by Christmas. Place the order said shipped, received my confirmation for the complete order. Never heard anything until I realized, I was missing a few gifts. Went to the website, looked at my order history (two weeks later) and it showed it was waiting on labels. Called and spoke with a young lady who tells me my order was brought back to warehouse by the carrier and one of my items was (basically takin off the my order) was no longer available. I just got the other items on 1/1/2023 ( a whole month later). I asked for my money back and they still gave me store credit as if it wasn't my money. Once I find something I like to use my "credit?" I'm canceling this membership. Been with this company for years and to be treated this way for the second time? I'll be the fool for the third. That's not in my DNA thanks but no Thanks
