These drivers absolutely Don't care about people's packages. The last two in case. They delivered a mini fridge that we found LAYING on the ground outside in the yard! We reported this unacceptable condition and were reimbursed by the retailer when we checked the inside condition and found it also be DENTED!
The last one today was left out in rain right Outside of my screened in porch!
I give the stores a comment each time to let them know this company has an abysmal delivery!

I used to totally rely on Amazon because of great customer service. I even had the prime so that I could get my orders in 2 days. The first thing I did was cut out Prime after my orders continuously came late and when I asked them about it they told me it wasn't that it would be delivered in two days from order it was delivered in two days from the time they ship it! I continue to order from it but I'm going to start looking at ordering from other sites because now I am finding that when orders need revised payments they're not even sending out notices. It's not until my items are very late that I go in and check and find out there is a revision payment needed. And sometimes it will actually say both that it has been shipped and there is a payment revision needed. When I call customer service they seem as confused as I am. But there's never any particular resolution. This company has just become very unreliable. Of the four items I ordered for Christmas two of them will not be here even close to on time although I ordered them almost 15 days before Christmas.

I ordered 3 items a month ago and have only received one item. I am having difficulty even finding out how to contact the company so I am filing a complaint with my credit card carrier for the payment. Yes, they already charged my card for all the items even though the remaining 2 don't even appear to be in transit!
