TO ANYONE CAPABLE OF RECTIFYING THIS SITUATION... AFTER ALMOST 40 EMAILS I'VE BEEN GIVEN YOUR LINK... MY SITUATION HAS BEEN EXPLAINED TO LEO OVER AND OVER... GETTING NOWHERE... I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD RECTIFY THIS ISSUE ASAP...
I PAID £86 FOR 3 BOUQUETS... THEY WERE SHOCKING... SPARCE. AND EXPENSIVE.
AND LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGES ONLINE...
ALL I'VE RECIEVED IS THE SAME PATRONISING RESPONSE... ITS A ONE OFF... CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT PHOTOS... SORRY IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN... ITS PASSED 5 DAYS...
THESE WERE GIFTS... WHICH MADE ME EMBARRASSED... THAT I'D ACTUALLY SENT THEM THESE FLOWERS...
THEY WERE NO BETTER THAN 3 BUNCHES OF FLOWERS FROM A PETROL STATION... AT A FRACTION OF THE COST...
40 EMAILS BACK AND FORTH... NO FURTHER FORWARD... SHOCKING.
NO CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE TO DO THIS.
YET AGAIN I PAID £86...
RUBBISH FLOWERS.

Yet again repeat apologies... No resolution.. I put a review on trust pilot... Got a reply from serenata.... To get in touch and this will be rectified... I'm fed up with this situation.. No customer service... Shocking overpriced sparce rubbish.. I've messaged over 35 times through emails... All three bouquets were the same... So obviously its not a one off..THEY LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGES ONLINE...
PLEASE COULD YOU TELL ME WHY MY REVIEW HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN.. AND ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE ON YOU WEBSITE..
AS YOU ARE NOW AWARE I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO.. I FEEL THAT STRONGLY ABOUT THE SITUATION..

Basically I found a foreign object in my beef bolognese... I've sent photos and lots of emails... Still not resolved... Rubbish customer service. If this isn't resolved I will download the photos! On Facebook... This complaint was almost 2 months ago...

Tip for consumers:
It's not just food... Its m&s food..
You expect the best... And that means not finding a foreign object!!!!!!!! in my beef bolognese.. And the best customer service is expected.... What a load of rubbish... Be very careful eating.... You never know what's in your food....
If you have a complaint..
Don't expect it to be sorted for 2 months...
