OMG i wish I had read the reviews like i normally do before i buy online... but I didn't and i ordered my daughter a prom dress a whopping 60 days in advance from a seller with a 90+ seller rating and yes I was scammed BAD. The dress i ordered was orange/tangent with all the oohs n ahhs attached, well atleast that was i thought I was getting, they sent me a short, burgundy, stiff, wrong pattern sewed and all around hot mess wtf were they thinking to even send that piece of crap out to me. That dress was nothing like the picture that they advertised it as. The story is the same I could not get a refund after trying numerous times with talking to the company via chat. No one knew how to read proper English nor speak it. They requested pictures and video and after sending them the pictures and video they still decided to close my case. I became so frustrated that I decided they were not going to scam me and get away with it so I contacted my bank, Chase bank actually refunded me my money and now Chase is in the process of going after them. I had ordered from them before some hair for my daughter and it turned out to be a scam but I had already ordered her dress right after I ordered the hair so I really didn't think that I was going to experience another scam because it was two different sellers and I was actually in the process of disputing the very first scam. I never got my money back from the first scam and I just refuse to be scammed all over I have written complaints to the consumer imports and exports division and I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and also the Better Business Bureau. I really suggest that everyone who has been scammed by this company file a complaint with these companies so that they can get their privileges revoked from doing business with the United States. I have also found a complaint with MasterCard Visa Discover so that it can go on record too that these companies with the DHgate.com are fraud. I ended up buying the dress from an online retailer in the United States stationed in Texas and I was able to call them and be relieved to be told that they do not make replicas they have the designer dresses and OMG when I say that the dress was exactly how that picture had it it was exactly down to the way is layed on my daughter's body. The dress was well worth the $700 that I paid for it from the company in Texas. The company website is called Quinceanera.com The $143 that I paid for the dress off of DHgate.com was a big scam and I learned my lesson but the $700 that I paid for the dress, the real dress from Texas was well worth the money. It was the designer dress as if they had taken it off the model and sold it to me and it was perfect, Yes it was a quinceanera dress that my daughter wore for prom and she was the happiest girl in the world. By the way I'm still team Chase Bank they are the best. Just know that whenever you buy something and you don't receive the product that you paid for you should always go through your credit card company or your bank company and they're supposed to refund you your money because you paid for a product that you did not receive. Good luck with anyone who wants to buy from that company but buyer beware please read reviews, I only wish I had.
