I made a simple order on 2 October with premium service and payment for delivery by 6 October. That day came and went with no news. After a lot of unhelpful back and forth by email (no phones), they finally conceded on 25 October that not only did they not have the item in stock, but that there was no prospect of securing it from their supplier. It will now take 3-5 days to get a refund. (We'll see). A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. Would never use again and regret not reading other reviews in advance. Would give no stars if that was an option.
