Let down by Gear4Music's customer service as they have chosen to ignore an issue with a fault rather than resolve it. Bought a faulty amp from Gear4Music, they asked for a video showing the fault, sent it to them. No reply. Guitar and amp were a Christmas present, now I'm out of time to have it replaced.
While cheap printing their customer service is cheaper. Misinformation was given by their graphics team regarding artwork and while they state; We understand that this message is not totally clear to understand they fail to take ownership, or even partial ownership. It is a misfortune of having to deal with their horrible customer service and payment has been disputed with and escalated to PayPal.
