Ask for refund for a router, service member verbally promised will cancel the order and process fund into my bank account. Few days later, the router has arrived at my place. Called TPG and recommend me to ship it back, pay your own shipping fee then you will receive refunds (maybe who knows).
Why was it not cancelled? Typical excuses from TPG is "the communication system was having problems and the logistics was not notified"
Please ignore TPG for any refunds, utterly useless and careless
