I have placed several orders with Dresslink and I have been pleased with the items that I have received. This time, they accidentally sent me someone else's order. I had to go back and forth with customer service many times, but they finally agreed to send me my order without making me return the wrong order they had sent me. The postage would have cost more than what I had paid for my entire order. I am glad that they were willing to work this out with me because I like shopping at Dresslink. They have items you can't find anywhere else at amazing prices. I can't wait to get my latest items!
Update: My items all arrived finally after many many emails. It wasn't until I gave them a bad review on Site Jabber that they corrected the problem to my satisfaction where their mistake wouldn't cost me money - but first they made me change my review. It isn't how customer service is supposed to work, but it did work in the end. I have placed a few orders since then that have been fulfilled properly.
