Applied a code for 20% off and free shipping and it showed that everything went through. I got the order confirmation and neither discount was applied. I called immediately, (waited on hold for 45 minutes) and even though my payment hadn't gone through i was told that the only thing they could do was to issue a refund that would "process immediately" but would take 5-7 days to show on my account. 7 days later and nothing. Again I called and they said my refund was still "processing". After talking in circles for 20 minutes they issued the shipping refund and said they issued the discount refund, but only the shipping refund showed up on my card. Still trying to resolve. 3 TIPS: 1. When calling hit the prompt for purchases because it's the only one they answer (even when you try the call back prompt- they don't call back); 2. Have them send you a confirming email for EVERYTHING they say while you are on the line; 3. UNSUBSCRIBE.
