Very very very disappointed with the service. My item didn't arrive fully and was missing an essential piece 2x times I've ordered it. Custom service blames DHL and takes ages to figure out where it went missing. In the meantime they don't offer you any other alternatives. You have to call and follow-up on your request yourself.
It's been 2 months since my initial order and I'm still waiting for the solution. For such premium platform I would expect a real custom service - reactive and solution oriented.
