I have purchased clothing for several years from Rosewe and I am generally very happy with all of their products and their prices. However, I recently ordered 2 dresses and 1 of the dresses had a defective zipper and I was given a label to ship the dress back to them. So I did that and waited for my refund, they deducted almost $10 from my refund and I complained about that because the item was defective, I should not have to pay anything for a defective dress. I have gone back and forth for over 2 weeks on this issue. Then to top it off, I had asked them to just put the credit on my account so that I could use it towards ordering something else, but the fools decided to then take the credit and transfer it to my paypal account and now the deducted another $2 for some stupid fee. I am beyond irritated with them. You can never actually talk to anyone, they give you the run around constantly. Then while I was dealing with this whole me I noticed that they had charged me $10 on another item that I had placed a pre-order on, Rosewe cancelled the order for whatever the reason and proceeded to charge me for something I never got and then it took several messages back and forth to correct their mistake (again not my fault) and finally they agreed to give me back my money but they would not credit me back on my account they want to send it to my pay pal. Am I going to ever see my money? Am I going to get charged another $2 fee? I am soooooooooooooooooo irritated!
