DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEWHOLESALE, I AM STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND OR MY ITEMS SENT! I ordered 3 items of clothing from Rose Wholesale on 4th September 2015, paid via paypal and they said it was shipped 2 days later. I waited 3 weeks and emailed them and got told it can take up to 25 working days so I had to wait. I did wait and the items still didn't turn up. I contacted them again and they said "please confirm your details and shipping address", yes all correct. I was then told I had 3 options. 1st option - I could have a store credit valued to 50% of what I paid for the original items or 2nd option - I could have a cash refund of 40% of what I paid refunded back into my paypal account or 3rd option - I could pay 50% of the total items again plus reshipping fees and they would try to send the items again. What a joke. I asked for a full refund or the items to be resent at no cost to myself, only to be told that they can't do that as it is a loss for them as well. I have since contacted Paypal and I have opened a dispute. Hopefully they will be able to help me, it's been over 2 months since I first ordered. I will keep you updated on what happens with Paypal.
Just an update, Paypal have contacted RoseWholsesale on my behalf and I received an email from Paypal saying that I will be receiving a full refund! I am so happy and advise anyone who has had problems with not receiving their items to contact Paypal.
