Dress Lily says they are giving me a refund on here, but I just got messages from PayPal with the same "we have tracked the item and it has been delivered" bogus stuff. Since it contains an imaginary address, NOT the one I gave them, it was NOT delivered TO MY HOUSE. PayPal has denied my claim for restitution on this matter due to Dress Lily's faulty and erroneous information.
I have contacted Fedex, who said they contracted the USPS to deliver, contacted the USPS by phone twice, and in person at my local post office (where they spent 50 minutes looking for the package), and even caught my mail carrier when he came by my house to ask about the package. No one can find anything. Dress Lily seems to want me to go to some stranger's house and ask if they have my package. This is life threatening!
