I first ordered from Artfire back in Dec. 2009 (I think!)
I ordered a crocheted hat for a 3-6mo old baby.
After several emails and 2 phone calls to Artfire, the item arrived in the mail 2 months after I ordered it. (yes, it claimed to be ready-made in the description!)
Not once did I ever blaim Artfire for the seller bad manners and laziness. Artfire actually helped me get the item!
Blaiming Artfire for a bad experience with a seller is shameful and tacky!
