I wish I had the opportunity read the reviews on this site before ordering from Zulily on the advice of a friend. While it appears they have "really great deals" on paper, you really need to consider if the wait and potential for disappointment are worth the so-called "bargain". I ordered 4 items 2 weeks ago, and just received an e-mail saying 2 of my 4 items aren't available, and the other 2 are still in line for being packaged and shipped. I'm hoping I receive them before I'm supposed to gift them at Christmas time, but I'm not holding my breath since it's more likely that I'm going to receive another e-mail telling me my other items also aren't available. In the meantime, I've already purchased backup gifts for those two members of my family. In this day and age, that sort of turnaround time is absolutely unacceptable.
Then they try to give me a $10 credit at the website - like I'm really going to EVER use them again. No thanks, guys.
