I received a very poorly written email explaining that one of three items I ordered was out of stock and I should contact them for a cash coupon? No explanation, directions or receipt of cash coupon and my 2 other items never came nor is there any information about them. I have sent several emails and tried to call the company numerous times but there is some bogus answering machine that is always too full to take another message. I am about to contact the better business bureau about this bait and switch scam of a company. Btw i shop online regularly and have never written a negative review on any company but this is horrendous. Extremely disappointed and still out of my money!
