Ordered my first jumpsuit after losing weight on Nordstrom, which came of the wrong size. I really wonder if the Nordstrom people actually check the product they pack and ship! Called them for replacement and exchange, which was first refused. They did agree to a refund though! If any of you is thinking of Nordstrom, please avoid this website. Too many products, which is why they mess it big time. I ordered for a spring dress on the same day on another website, FSession, and this time I am more than surprised. What perfect packaging and cool shipping in less than three days!

Quite annoyed with ASOS for the second time! Placed two orders on ASOS and FSession on the same day, and both promised quick delivery. ASOS took more than a week to get me the order, and then they wouldn’t answer any of my mails. FSession is new to me, though many others have recommended it time and again. This time, my experience with a fresh website has changed my opinion. FSession packaging is superb and they actually managed to accept request for one of the products of wrong size without any hanging me in between. Definitely recommending them for future!

I had once ordered a shoe from this site. They said that I would get a discount on the price and that is why I decided to order from them. But, during the time of payment they took the exact price of the product. I lost my money and tried to contact their customer service regarding the issue. Since I was angry about losing my money, I talked to them in a rude tone. But, they just turned me off saying that they cannot help rude customers. Customers are customers, whether they are rude or calm. We pay money for a product and when we get cheated, we get rude naturally. That does not mean that they need not help their customers. Firstly, they take money from me by cheating me and secondly, they deny service for a customer in need saying about their horrible customer service agenda. I have shopped from many other sites online. I have never had to face such an issue anywhere.

In fact, there are many other sites that provide good products as well good customer service. Fsession is one among them. They are so loyal towards their customer and treat them so well.
