I subscribed for the FLEX membership plan and asked for a refund in the same day when I found out their US address is located in a state with sales tax.
Their FAQ page says, "If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to claim for a refund within the first 1 month of your FLEX membership."
I have submitted a request for a refund on 26/01/23 and they have closed my request on 01/02/23 with no response! I have submitted another request asking for the reason why they are not responding but it still open since 4 days ago.
