I purchased a mobile phone. My order is showing as 'processing' for almost 3 weeks now! I have sent FOUR messages to ask where my order is and had no response whatsoever! This is very frustrating as I have paid for an item which was supposed to be despatched 5 - 7 days. I just need someone to get back to me PLEASE!
