Ordered my items, they charged my card, did not ship, and I never heard from them again despite numerous attempts to call to try and figure out what's going on (but of course they don't answer the phone anyway). Sent one email as their website says "only send an email once or it will further delay your order." SURE -- more like ALL of your customers are angry with you because you refuse to show any kind of professional competency whatsoever and you probably have your inbox BLOWING UP with complaints just like mine.
