Ordered tablet beginning of dec for xmas. Waited 7 days to se if i got a tracking #, some update, something. I noticed my city was spelled wrong also but that shouldnt cause a problem. To make sure i submitted a few RMAs to change the city and find the status. First i tried the customer service # and got a recording eveytime i called! I got a response from the rma and she said it hadnt shippedshipped yet and she would fix it. I was upset it was over 7 days & hadnt shipped so i told her to cancel my order altogether! She sent another email to be patient that it was processing! Finally it shipped out from sweden 12/17 but i still dont have it! It really stinks because i wanted to also order accessories for it and my smart phone. I wont now.

Flat rate shipping will transport hundreds, often thousands, of packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. The package is still on the way to your country. You can use the tracking number to track it on the tracking website.
