I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday. I paid extra shipping to get it on time. It actually arrived 2 days after I ordered. Tshirt had imperfections from the screen printing process at the bottom of the shirt. There is no customer service phone number anywhere on this site. I email them the details and that this was a gift. I received an automated response that I would receive a reply within 48 hours. Suprisingly I received an email response with instructions on how to exchange or be refunded the same day. I responded to the email with all of the product details in order to exchange and requested a return shipping label for the damaged product. I have received no further correspondence from them and it has been over a week. I am assuming they are not sending me a replacement. I wasn't able to give this peice of crap tshirt to my boyfriend for his birthday. I will never order from this company again
