I have a folder of Money that disappeared from my account, no explanation, nothing.

I took pictures & Made copies daily after I noticed the money I had expected to receive, gone.

I wrote support & asked about my money & I get this, " It is Confusing", OK, That DOES NOT explain where my money is at!

Never less, it has still not been resolved. Then I noticed that I was getting charged DOUBLE for every return from the Company they use (Braintree For Credit cards). The money would go into my fees to pay for the return but the Money would disappear out of my disbursements. Scared Because I am a Mother of 6 & have a ton of responsibility I put that I no longer except returns NOT because of any thing to do with the buyer but because of the fact that I can pay twice. :( Nothing. They are still coming. I have been sided against for a New with Tag Coach Bag that the buyer had a month. I got it back used I have gone BROKE selling here to ungrateful people getting my Designer bags for a 10.00 then complaining that it's not good enough then My money stolen, too. HELP! I pay GREAT money to SELL on TH & NO Protection at all. :( . I get treated like a dog by BOTH Buyer & TH. Granted there are some really sweet ones that do make me smile. They are worth it & I will take them wherever I go.

If you shop TH, Make a seller smile, today on that site because you have no idea how many times we have cried at our PC. You now wonder why we have not stopped, it is because we have so much inventory by now because of being promising the world that we have to make it back & for some of us. Fast. We are now stuck in a hole of debt literally trying just to get out...

I love a happy customer & I do not mind going out of the way & have been fully aware of any " Risks" I took but to be ungrateful for a MK bag for 10 Bucks, C'mon. We are just trying to make it!. My policies state no returns but I may still let a legit one come through if it is reasonable. Sending me back a used bag was not. Another loss. If I went on it would take all day. I seriously need a lawyer as many on here do.

I have the print outs, pictures, Bank statements & evidence. Anyone want to file a class action? I am ready to get this resolved.

Please do not let them talk you into buying inventory to eat you up in fees. They use you up, Take your money & throw you away.
