I am so angry with this company. I made a $7 purchase back in December to try and had no problems. I am now realizing I have been charged $39 a month. I did NOT sign up for the VIP membership or these fees. I now have $140 in store credit that will not be refunded. This Business is an absolute scam. Not to mention trying to get ahold of this company is nearly impossible. Ive sat on the phone for over an hour and received nothing.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have not been able to reach us.

Moreover, it appears there has been a misunderstanding - the subscription to the VIP membership is not automatic. The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go-our one-time purchase option) customers select during checkout with their first order.

If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience, here: http://askadoreme.com

In order to be eligible for a refund of store credit beyond 30 days, you must send an email to our claims department at claims@adoreme.com explaining the case and why you were not to request a refund within our 30 day limit.

Customers are free to cancel their membership at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit. If you would like to cancel, please send us an email at help@adoreme.com and we will send you the instructions on how to cancel your VIP membership.
