This is a total scam. It tells you that it is only $1.99 but then charges you $39.80! They say that they will you send you an email saying that it is going to go up after 14 days but I never received an email. And then when i called to get a refund they acted like they didn't even care that they just scammed you out of your money! Not to mention the online chat takes 20 plus minutes to reply back and if they don't get to you it makes you just send an email to them!

Hi Aly M.,

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We take pride in providing effective and valuable career, resume and cover letter assistance to hundreds of thousands of people. We also explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.

I searched your account using the Customer ID: 92375511, however it is under a different name. I want to make sure that I am working on the right account. Please contact me directly with the email address you used to create your account or with the last 4 digits of the card that was billed and card holder’s name so that we can resolve this issue quickly for you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Anna
