I placed an order and paid $30 for expedited shipping and have yet to hear anything from the company. I needed the items for a trip that is coming up in 3 days. I tried to use the online chat feature which is not available even during business hours and have not gotten a reply to my email.
I guess I am stuck shopping around last minute.
How do I cancel my order and how do we hold companies like this accountable?
I wish I had read the reviews. I feel scammed!
