I ordered a part on 01-05-23 and 1. Wasn't told it didn't come with a mounting plate, and 2. When I discovered I needed one, I contacted customer service via email- they told me that part was separate, but didn't even bother to give a part #. When I responded about the poor customer service, I was sent a brochure on the product and expected to locate the part on my own -the brochure wasn't clear. I called C.S. And was told they'd email Mobotix. That was several hours ago. I had to spend time researching it on my own.
