Use this website for cycling attire- always the best price and they award customer loyalty by giving additional discount on what are already great rates. Excellent cutomer service, super fast delivery and very good on returns. Highly recommended.
I have never had an issue with play.com and have used them over 10 times- particulary around xmas!! always fast delivery - never had an issue with stock- never had to make a return. quick and easy (too easy) to buy kit once registered.

similar poor experience- they have the best prices but the worst service. I did recieve an email 3 days ago to say one of the parts was not in stock (ordered saniflo and soloman shower pump) but 5 phone calls and three emails later I still have not had a response. You pay for what you get..or in this case what you don't get. Avoid- use screwfix- they may be a few more quid but at least they offer free next day delievery and a good pre-sales service
finally had a response from them- perhaps they are understaffed. If you have the patience of a saint and nerves of steel they maybe ok. Also worth adding that the transaction was via a third party secure site- so a bit harsh to say they are scammers..just a bit flaky!
