£60 were taken away from my bank account, without any prior warning, two months after my delivery had been shipped. This is already very unprofessional, as I expect to get an invoice before I'm ever charged anything. I am then told this is for a parcel that was 2cm above the maximum length, which I think is untrue since I took great precaution with measuring every parcel I sent and none of them where above the maximum limit of 120cm. I am then told to dispute it by providing evidence, yet the company already know that I would have no evidence since the deduction came TWO MONTHS after the completion of the delivery and all evidence had already been deleted or destroyed, as I had assumed there would be no future issue since I hadn't heard anything for two whole months. So I am left £60 poorer for a mistake I did not commit, and the delivery company are not required to provide any evidence of the existence of such mistake. It is a SCAM. I will advise anyone looking for a courier company to avoid ParcelCompare at all costs. Additionally, the original quote did not include the price I would have to pay at the Spanish customs, even though the company knew I was sending my parcels to Spain, so the quote they provide is misleading. Had I known of the full price I would end up paying, I would have used an alternative company.
