Im so upset I wasted my money on this site. I would have been better off going to Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. I wasted $170 on this site. It's crazy because I ordered the same size in jeans, tops and dress yet almost everything fit me differently. They're sizes are all over the place. Some XS were too tight and some looked like a patatoe sack on me. To top it off they didn't even send me everything I order and instead of giving me my money back, they're giving me store credit. What sense does that make. You took my money for something you didn't send me so give me my money back.

Save your money. Ross is better than this site.

I said don't trust ALL OF THE GOOD REVIEWS. But it's fact that you paid for some of them. You messed up your own reputation by BRIBING people to write good reviews. As I said I have proof of being told how to answer certain questions if asked and proof that I was told to think about changing my review since I wasn't happy with my order if I wanted the $20 per transaction review credit. I don't need to lie. I also have photos of the items I received and none of them look like the photos or descriptions. Your company uses the sane photos as every other overseas company, so stop with the we "provide very accurate product descriptions" con. Own up to your mistakes. For anyone who wants proof I'll happily provide it. I have 2 other orders to review from your site and will go in depth review on each item. Once again there's nothing you can do to fix my order issues. I returned them instantly because they were horrible quality item. DO YOU UNDERSTAND the items have a already been returned. I fixed my own problerm by returning them. It's funny though back in December and January when I complained about the items no one in your team seem to show this much concern but now when your company gets called out all of a sudden you want to show like you care. Clearly I had enough proof for this site to warn people that you gave incentives for people to post reviews on site for your company.

Yes the wigs seem so affiradble, but save the headache. I highly recommend you stay away from the wigs. I've ordered 6 (7 really but 1 was back ordered and i got refunded for it.) and they all were horrible. None NOT 1 WIG looked liked the photos. They were cheap knock offs. I was SOOO dissapointed. They take photos and send you something similar. The lace fronts are a joke. These are all pretty much cheap cosplay wigs and spending about $179 on wigs and anxiously waiting for them to come completely pissed me off. The don't even take responsibly for sending items not as pictured and had the nerve to try to charge me a return shipping fee. But once I brought up thhe fdact that they used deceptive photos the waived the return shipping fee. The best experience I had was the quick refund once the item was delivered. I wish i could post the photos I took of the wigs they sent me.

Don't buy the wigs.

It will be nice if you can respect the opinions of other reviewers too as it is not fair to accuse other honest reviewers of being “paid”.
