Placed order May 7th with very fine print stating it was on back order. It said expected ship date of May 21. Called when not received after a May 27. Several times on hold, first time 1 hour and second time 2 hours! Finally talked with someone and was to, d it had JUST come in and was being shipped. Took 4 days to get info on when it was shipped to find out it was being shipped THAT very day. What timing. Took a day to get tracking info with a delivery date of June 5th, then June 7th, then June 8th and now June 10. But now I can't track it. Will NOT use them again.
Tip for consumers:
Can’t get refund if is 30 days PAST SHIP DATE, not past order date. Don’t order anything on back order. Don’t order it if you need it within 45 days.
