I would like to express my strong disappointment toward this company.
I placed an order on AUGUST 2014 and I am still waiting for it.
After telling me that 2 of my 5 articles weren't sent I asked for a refund (never got it) then I never received the 3 other articles that were sent.
They said they send it back, but still, I got nothing.
On December 26 they debited my account while I was still waiting.
Two days ago I asked for a FULL refund because they told me they lost my package.
And this morning I woke up with an answer so grotesque that I jumped off my bed.
They proposed me a "compensation" of 15 dollars! I paid my order 58.34 DOLLARS!
I am just so upset! I ordered to be sure to receive IN TIME for Christmas and now it has been 5 months and I have NONE of the articles and NOT my money anymore.

We are NOT a con. We really do not need to risk our reputation over a single order. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion. It will be nice if you can respect the opinions of other reviewers too because it is not fair to accuse other honest reviewers of being liars.
We were perhaps even more upset about this than our customer was.
