I AM EXTREMELY IRKED WITH THIS COMPANY, I SAW THE COMMERCIAL AND THOUGHT WOW THEIR PRODUCTS LOOK REALLY AMAZING AND GOT EXTREMELY EXCITED WHEN THEY DISPLAYED A CODE TO GET A FREE, F R E E, BOX OF THEIR AMAZING PRODUCTS. SO I WENT ONLINE TO THEIR SITE, SIGNED UP, WENT THOUGH MY OPTIONS OF WHAT I WANTED IN THE BOX, ENTERED IN MY CREDIT INFORMATION (DEEP SIGHS; THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST WARNING), AND THE NEXT DAY I GET 3 NOTIFICATIONS FROM MY BANK TO MY CELL PHONE. 1.) THEY CHARGED ME 1.00 2.) THEY REVERSED THE CHARGE AND GAVE ME A DOLLAR BACK. 3.) NEXT THEY CHARGE ME 11.99 FOR A FREE FRICKIN BOX. YOU KNOW, I WAS SOOOOOO EXCITED AT FIRST BUT THEN I GET CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE/CONSENT, GOD I WISH I WOULDA SEARCHED FOR THE REVIEWS AND TOOK HEED WITH EVERYONE'S COMPLAINTS. YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE. IF THIS IS A RECURRING ISSUE, THEN FIX IT. WHY EVEN TAKE THE RISK OF LOSING BUSINESS? DO YOU ALL ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS? YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR.
