Ordered October 28th 2015. Received the wrong order. As in someone else's order. Had to call and get a return shipping label. They couldn't find the returned shipment. They called me and said I would receive my refund 7-10 business days. November 18. I still haven't received anything. I have been calling about the exact same thing. November 29th still waiting on the refund. Called today. I need to wait an additional 3-5 days. And if not I need to call back. The customer service is the worst I have had to deal with.

Completely paid for and it took so long to be shipped. I was excited about my purchase but it took so long that I don't even want my items. I don't even want to deal with returning.
