I ordered 3 items from here two of which are the same item, all three from the same area; meaning all three were baking items and not 2 baking and 1 clothes. I ordered these exactly 4 weeks ago. If I knew how this process would have went I would have never ordered! One is in route to me. BUT the same item is not and the other is not. I called Zulily today and they said they haven't even got it yet. Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews but I have didn't think I would have problems with this company like this. The only thing the lady on the phone could tell me is that they will refund my shipping cost. Well, thanks but I want what I spent money on! Frustrating! And the saga continues...
