CLEARLY NO ONE CARES. I reported the entire disaster to "customer care" and asked to hear from management of BOTH the Rexburg, Id. Store AND walmart.com and NOTHING, NADA, NO REPLY or CONTACT.
In purchasing this electric toothbrush, I was LIED to by store management in Idaho, had my online order CANCELED, then had to re-order and since the website was completely DYSFUNCTIONAL, I had to call in and it took a full 30 MINUTES to place the order and get it right - NOT ACCEPTABLE and NEVER AGAIN. I reported this to corporate and... crickets. Next time... BUY AMAZON
