This isn't a COVID thing, Lush has always had issues shipping orders in a reasonable time-frame (customers pay for ground shipping too!) I made my last order 6 days ago, it hasn't even shipped yet... The products unique and smell nice, but nothing life changing. Some of my favorites that never disappoint are: Honey I washed the Kids soap, Son of Sultana Soap and Buddy body bar. I love that they're cruelty free and ethically sourced, but the shipping speed is slow since it's definitely not free.
Plenty of other sites that offer hand made items that cost less and ship quickly (and for free) but I have been a loyal customer for over a decade so just don't order anything if you need it within a week.

I should've trusted my instincts but in 2019, my Christmas order was terribly packaged, items were broken and it took 3 weeks to arrive.
Again, in 2020, its been almost 3 weeks, they don't even have a shopping tracking number and all I ordered was a GIFT CARD!
NEVER AGAIN!
