I really do like their clothing and their prices, but their customer service is terrible. First off, they don't do exchanges... what?! I had to return something via mail, wait 14 DAYS to be credited back, and then re-buy the sweatshirt. Absolutely ridiculous. Their excuse? "It's busy season"... umm yea, it's busy season at Macy's and $#*!'s too but I was paid back within a day! Now I see why this company is struggling.
