I had an issue on a possible double payment pending in my account for a recent purchase. During the chat the associate advised me to send a screenshot of my statement showing the double deduction. There was no account numbers present but my name and the name of the institution were there as well the last 3 transactions. The email they told me to send it to ended up having the wrong extension! This is what is called a secuirty breach. The email never came back as a failed email meaning someone ended up with that screen shot without my authorization. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they gave me the contact information for their manager who I called 2x and sent 1 email to follow up with a breach in my personal security at the hands of their employee. I never got 1 follow up from them. Needless to say they lost a customer. Sharing this to share how they apparently feel about their customers' legitimate concerns.
